Games wont launch

every time i launch a game from origin after getting ea play it says that it cannot connect to ea servers or that I'm offline even though I'm online

i fixed it myself with this one little setting no one ever mentioned

Hey @TheMetalHead24, can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

none of this was a problem on the 21st because I ran battlefield 5 without any problems but as soon as I bought ea play pro and download some games that's when the problems started. now battlefield 5 does the same thing after being up upgraded to the definitive edition

im going to need a little more help as this is what i have to work with

side note i cant port forward as i do not have a static ip so i have to use prot triggering

Hey @TheMetalHead24 you can speak with your ISP in relation to assisting with opening the ports.
