Game won't download, code not working

Hi, I purchased a Sims 4 bundled from a store to play on my Mac and was given a code. After following all the steps, getting an EA account downloading origin onto my computer etc, I used my code and redeemed my game. However, now the game isn't anywhere under my account not in my game library etc. When I tried to download it again it said my code had already been used. How can this be fixed? As I spent a lot of money to not be able to play the game ha ha.

I am having the same problem with my sims4 but I bought it on bestbuy digital and tried to redeem the code after making an ea account but it its saying the code has already been used. I dont know what to do because it has never even been downloaded onto my computer.

Hey @laurenmarie4 and @tessmoe did you get multiple codes when you purchase The Sims 4?

Could it be that you entered the code for a DLC and not the base game?

Do you have multiple EA accounts? If so it could be that you are logged into a secondary one.
