Game titles missing on my account

I have a question about my games that I had purchased before the origins or the EA app. Most of my games are listed but 2...  SimCity 4 rush hour and SimCity 3000 Unlimited. When I do a search for SimCity 3000 Unlimited it is not even in the EA app for the list of games... Is there a reason for this game not showing up... SimCity 4 rush hour is the game that I purchased. The game was a double pack SimCity 4 and the expansion rush hour but only had2 registration number. All my games were put into my origins app and it showed SimCity 4 and SimCity 4 Rush Hour in my list of games... This is not the only thing that I had had a problem with most of my concerns and game lists were fixed but I noticed my rush hour does not show up, it just says SimCity 4 now... I would like to have my problems straightened out since I have spent way over 500.00 on all my games...

Hello there! It sounds like you're having an issue with a couple of your game titles missing from your account.

It's unfortunate that SimCity 3000 Unlimited isn't even showing up in the EA app.Regarding SimCity 4 Rush Hour, I see your point about the double pack and how it's now listed differently.

To resolve this I recommend reaching out to EA's customer support.

They should be able to assist you in getting your games properly displayed in your Origins app....
