Game rewards for tests?

So I've been in a few tests now & everytime I sign up I'm able to choose 1-2 games as a reward for testing. My question is why have I only received 1 reward out of multiple tests?

Now considering that a couple games have been Alphas & I'm quite certain that at least one of those is still under NDA, who can I talk to about such rewards?
