Game missing

Hello! I played sims 5 month ago and today i went to play it again but when im going in on origin it says that i dont have any games? I bought it like one or two years ago and had lika 3 or 4 packs, now its all gone.  What do i do and how do i get i back?

I would first check to be sure you're logging in with the correct email address, as I'm not showing any games registered on the current account.

If you don't remember using any other accounts or there's one you're unable to access, please reach out to an advisor so they can try to help recover that account for you. They'll need to verify some additional information to try and track that down, so I'm afraid it's not something we can tackle on the forums.
