Game missing

@EA_Kent Sorry to bother you again. But I just wonder whether the miss of  BFV in my library has something to do with a refund of BF1 premium pass. I have asked for a refund of BF1 premium pass days ago for I didn't got the standard edition of BF1. And when I manage applying a refund in 3.1 noon, I found that the BFV is misssing in that day evening. I didn't know whether is someone delete my BFV by mistake. Hope you could help.

@Miracleguys That shouldn't be the case as they are different games.

Your best best is to contact our support team so that they can check your account to see what happened to BFV.

I always wanted to make sure that you check if you're on the right EA account and if you checked the filters on Origin. Sometimes players are logged in with a different account or adjusted the filters and that's why they can't find their game.
