I recently merged two of my accounts: one with all NFS, Fifa and many others, and the other with all Battlefield games and Titanfall 2 Ultimate. After transfering the games from my secondary account to my main account, I lost Titanfall 2 Ultimate and when I reached advisors, they told me that is nothing that they can do, other than giving me Deluxe Edition even I showed them the receipt where appears that I bought another edition, and that's it... Does anyone of you had this problem? And if yes, how did you resolved it?
