Another two weeks and still no help from the most useless company/employees in the world. They want our money but they wont help when there are severe problems.

Thank you so much for trying to help. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I even did the app recovery to clear the cache before trying to see if it worked. I also don't play the game through steam. So I don't know if that makes a difference.

I haven't been able to play my game since May. This is getting way beyond ridiculous. In all this time only one person has tried to help me.

Now the Grim login event is happening and I will miss it. Again. I missed the last one because of this issue. I can't be the only person experiencing this. I actually paid for the sims 4 when it came out 10 yrs ago. I didn't get it for free. Not to mention all is spent buying all packs. The lack of support for paying customers is insane. But I guess since it's a small percentage of people having problems, EA just doesn't give a damn about us.

I can imagine how annoyed you are. You mentioned you didn't link through Steam so that can be ruled out.
If you haven't done so yet, (I mentioned this in a different thread, so this is a quick summary.)
I went to my account page, via the EA app. The web page with all details I mean. Went through every section, refreshed and checked purchase history (all time), and every other section. Took around 15 mins due to 2FA for payment methods and sensitive data.
That's all I can suggest.
I would be furious too. Really hope you can get this sorted.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
