Game constantly dropping connection

I've been getting an issue when playing online on FC25. For whatever reason the game constantly drops connection, making everything freeze in place and then speed up after. I've lost countless games due to this and I seriously have no idea why its doing this. I never have any connection issues like this on my xbox with other games, or even fc24! It's only this game that does this, and quite frankly it makes the game seriously unplayable. 

Is there anyway to fix this? Why is FC25 the only game I'm getting these issues with?

Today I've had 5 disconnects in less than an hour. I was 3-1 up in my 5th qualifier game which was last win I needed. 90 min whistle blows as I get disconnected. Counted as a loss?!?! I'm very close to quitting FIFA for ever because there are way too many issues. EA suggests it's connection problem but ran several tests and no issues on connection. Trash company. 20 years of playing the game down the drain because they can't even fix the games understanding of who wins on a disconnect. Disgrace

@chickenjj123 If you quit or played a lot of games you can get a shadow ban. This will dc you after every game until it’s over.

As far as the op if you are getting speed up lag that’s usually from wifi or your connection.
