Game bindings [ Edited ]

can someone please help me with binding some ingame keys?

I simply can't find a way to bind the following:

1. help(revive) from left click to left CTRL and skip revive from right click to space (they just dont show up in the key bindings option, cant they be changed?)

2. melee on both mwheel'up and mwheel'down (it can only bind on one mouse key but not both?)

1. You can't bind space to skip revive, Devs. just set right and left mouse buttons for it

2. I think that only one button can be binded
