Game Did not give me Octane at lvl 50 battle pass

I did not unlock Octane when I got to his level on the season 1 battle pass?

You dont unlock him throught the battle pass

You unlock him in the legends menu with that currency you get from leveling up

@IstalrVrangr Hey, the level 50 unlock is a skin for Octane, not the character itself. 

As @ShadoWawker mentions, you can unlock him using the Legend tokens you'll earn as you complete standard levels.
