Game Crashing

My game crashes about 85% of my games. idk what to do pretty sure I have tried everything. Didn't have these problems until the latest update. All my gpu drivers and os drivers have been installed.

CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K - OC to 4.90 GHz

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i PRO

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z370P D3 

GPU: GTX 1070 TI 8GB

RAM: 16 GB DDR4 @ 3000 MHz

System: Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

Storage: 500 GB HDD, 1 TB HDD & 120 GB SSD

Power Supply: EVGA 500W

Capping your FPS seems to fix issues for a lot of people so I would suggest trying it.
