Your team needs to loot 10 items total out of your carepackage.

So 4 drops total to achieve this. Just have teammates or ask them to pick up all items even if to drop on the ground for quicker results.

@Alphabets I think it is Lifeline's carepack, I main lifeline and completed the challenge yesterday, if I am wrong, then bring in the forum gods to punish my incompetency.
