Founder's Transfer?

I purchased BFN founder's edition 2 days after it's release, after a while, I switched to PC because I didn't want to buy PS plus anymore. I've been using origin access to play BFN and I would do ANYTHING just to transfer my data/edition from PS4 to PC, is that in any way possible?

@Levelpopoz There is no cross platform progression in this game at the moment, and there is no way to reclaim Founders’ Edition items as of right now, I’m afraid. However, this could change at some point.
