For cadet, what is Hands-on-torpedo?

@YayHorseysIt's available when you are in Space Station. As Cadet you can't see it.

Edit: you have to be attached to anothers Station.

It's an attack you can only do when you join someone else's space station as a cadet. It's a missile you guide to the target.
