Fixed, Error: Could not download EA Desktop App in Xbox Game Pass

For almost two weeks I struggled with getting this app to install to no avail. I contacted Microsoft who suggested I contact EA for support. I was not optimistic, but to my shock, they were able to help.

It's so simple and I wish I had tried it before.

Create a separate admin user on your machine and download the EA Desktop App. Once downloaded attempt to install a game but don't complete it. Closeout the app, and exit the process in your taskbar.

Log back in as yourself and launch the xbox game pass app. The games under EA desktop can now be installed, and the EA desktop app will launch.

@Publisher89 when i made an other account on my pc that was admin and signed into it i then tried to download the EA desktop software and it still says connection error.
