Fix map boundries

Why is it that some parts of the map you can climb to the top of a mountain without being pushed off while others will push you off the smallest hill or wall. For example the caged area in relay, you cant climb and sit on the fence on the left back side of banners if you are facing them. Yet the mountain by the small city next to market you can take jump tower and then pathfinder the rest of the way to the top and sit there just fine.
