Fix dmg [ Edited ]

Why do I have a total of 122 dmg with a g7 scout at close range? It does 30dmg per shot...last I checked 122  is not a multiple of 30

Headshot damages with helmets are off by the level of helmet. Level 1 %30 off etc.
