First trophy now player pick

Swear you can’t make this up! After so many days they fix the trophy bug and then I get a player pick in a pack and it’s back to crashing the game. How can a billion dollar company be this consistently poor at fixing issues? 

Genuinely it must be harder to be this consistently poor rather than be good at your jobs?
