First game tonight...give advice

HI,

Haven't played the game yet and tonight is going to be my first game. Which legend should i start out on?

I would say my weaknesses are i haven't got very good twitch skills and i'm a cautious type of player but my strengths are i have a good "sniper type" aim and a team player.

Any advice for my first games would be useful.
