First a Ban on Apex and Then a total account disable from EA

My EA account recently has been Banned or Suspended? Or Disabled? I don't know which because they have not given me any warnings or emails. It started with my PC Apex account being banned, and when I tried to get that fixed it didn't help, and now my account as a whole is disabled including my Xbox one account as well and they aren't helping me in a fast manner. I've repeatedly scanned my computer for viruses,there were none. it doesn't seem as though I've been hacked, I changed my email and password for better security. I've done everthing possible on my end, so why am I still unable to play my EA games? particularly apex on both platforms? Please, any help is welcome.
