I have been playing NBA live mobile in Japan and a quite fan of it but the support here is unbelievably bad… The other day, I auctioned off my various items I bought with NBA cash but suddenly the maintenance started with not enough prior notice and since it took more than 8 hrs and the auction itself does not stop during that, they were sold at such low bids...losing my cash like this is not fair at all. I've been contacting the support team here but no proper explanation nor relief measures were provided. There are many people having troubles like this so I'm so surprised to experience such major issue left with no measures. I'm fed up talking to the support team with automatic replies always. I must say this game is not customer friendly at all!!!
