Falsely transfer banned

★★★ Newbie

I’ve been playing fifa for over 6 years now, every year I deicide to quit playing fifa due to not having enough time but I can’t because of the love for the game but this year on fifa 22 it has been nice ride so far till last night when I packed a tradeble Mbappe and when I woke up next day to play few games, I got to my club just to find almost 90% of the players been quick sold so I went to the companion app just so I can see if someone did it or no, I saw most of my players were sold for 600 to 1000 coins and my coins were gone too so I contacted EA and they replied to me saying I was coins transferring so I am banned for this fifa title, at this point I am feeling like an * for playing this game for so long when I shouldn’t have, is there anyway EA can unban me and get my account back because I can’t give up yet, I need my * club back or my money

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Andylopex100.

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
