I have been playing apex legends since the first week it was released, and a little bit of anthem. I´ve been enjoying your games for quite some time now until I started having trouble logging in. I was confused why because my brother who I play with was perfectly fine with logging into his account. I tried on multiple different computers to see if I would get a different result, but I never did. It would always pop up with a message saying you are unable to log in at this time try again later. I have been trying to log into my account for 2 weeks now until I finally decided to write a case about it. While making this case I got a pop up on the bottom saying I broke one of the rules and I have been banned/suspended for no reason. Please EA I have spent hundreds of dollars into apex and anthem if you could please help me out I would really appreciate it.

You can appeal your ban and EA agent should be able to review your report and get back to you. Unfortunately we can not do much more on the forum.

Not sure this is the right part of the forum for this matter but I recommend you try contacting an EA agent again. Sometimes you'll get a bot but you should be able to request a real person in chat (calling would probably be better).
Bans/suspensions can happen sometimes so it's best to gather whatever evidence you can for when you plead your case.
