FUT players disappearing!

The players I have purchased on ultimate team have all disappeared and I have not been refunded. Please help.

If you used the players in the Squad Builder then it's intentional that the players are gone. All players used in a Squad builder challenge are permanently taken from your club.

Is there any trails for where they might have gone? For instance showing as being sold in the recent actions? 

Do you still have the same Club or has your Club been reset as well?

No there are no trails to where they might have gone. They're not on my transfer list and I have been refunded. Also, I am using the same club I have been using since 2011. It has not been reset.

It has happend to me aswell i didnt get any coins and they just disappeared after a game

I did a sqaudbuilder challenge and 3 more disappered

Yup me too. After I did the squad builder, 90% of my players are now gone.  They are no longer part of my club and no way were they sold either as i have nothing on my Transfer list.  What's going on here???

is that true?  seems like a pretty crappy way for EA to keep having peeps pay to build their squad!
