FRAMES!

i'm having a problem and I'm wonder if you guys could help, I started playing battlefield V and my frames are Garbo i know my computer is not that good but hears my specs- GT X 1050 TI, Ry-zen 3 processor and 8 GB of ram, I've overclocked both my CPU and GPU and put my settings to the lowest and watched a video on getting better frames by changing my NVIDIA settings. But I'm still getting terrible frames. If you guys could help that would be awesome! Thanks :D
