Hi, my son has PS5 and his cousin Xbox S and when searching for each other for crossplay my son cannot find however he can find my son and when he goes to accept friend request an error message comes up....

Crossplay-error-occurred and won't let them be friends can you help please

@BesQpin Did you manage to sort this as its happened with my ps5 and a pals xbox s very frustrating, he doesn't even come up in my search i do in his and when i accept i get same as you error message

Cross play is Amazing, thank you so much for introducing this. It makes life much better, we play better. My experience has been Amazing Games, gameplay was so smooth I never realized I was playing someone on a different platform until I literally went to check player info. 
One more thing that we need is the ability to create and play Online Tournaments Gamespx, this will be a game changer and would really make FIFA unrivaled.
