FIFA 17 DRAFT ERROR ( Error gave during my Draftz )

Draft was playing in Ultimate Team, when suddenly the game drops the connection, and was not the fault of my internet or computer, was guilty or server or my opponent using hack. I would like to receive another token to replace what was lost unfairly, the match was being broadcast live, then https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUHlvY9eYCE video evidence everything that happened, I tried to contact via live chat, but could not. I await contact and hope to help me.

Good luck, Ive had a similar issue on Saturday & o went to the Draft token request section & it stated I was ineligible for a Draft token redeem.

I contacted @EA_Andy and still no solution. My friend, that token is GONE.

Then EA wonder why players refrain from playing online.

Mine was a PS4 maintenance issue, yours is an outright cheater. Something needs to be done about these cheats.
