Extensions gone

Hey everyone ! 

 

So here's my issue :

I haven't played the Sims in a while and wanted to get back to it. 

I tried connecting to the new EA app (last time I played was with Origin) and they're asking me to confirm it's me by giving them a code they sent me by email. 

Problem : i have not received any email (I tried and tried again, and yes, I checked, they have the right address but I'm not receiving anything, including in my spams)

So, instead, I created a new account with another email and managed to make it work. Except now, all my extension packs are gone and I only have to basic Sims 4 game. 

I read somewhere that it's because I can't access them on a new account, even though they're on my computer (completely stupid system). 

Anyone has any idea ?

Your games are tied to your account so you need to login to the account where you got your game. As you found out it will not work to create a new account.

When you try to reset a forgotten password an email will be sent to the email address you specified when creating the account. If you no longer have access to that you will need to contact support who will ask you some questions to verify that it is your account such as the credit card used or other.

Your games are tied to your account so you need to login to the account where you got your game. As you found out it will not work to create a new account.
