Error when shutting down windows

So im shutting my computer off like normal then on the screen where it says that programs are preventing it from shutting down this error shows up. I translated it but the text in the [] already was english, i have absolutely no clue whats happening. But like, i know there was another post about this but it was from 2017 and things have probably changed since then.

Origin.exe - application error.

The exception [unknown software exception] (0x80000003) has occurred in the application in the location 0x00000000SDEF7EF3.

click OK if you want to close the program.

Hey @kittykiss123 if you open task manager and close down all instances of Origin do you see the same error pop up?

I start having this issue recently

The problem happens when the computer is shutting down.

The pop up will come up during the windows is closing screen

Closing Origin normally or End Process with task manager do not reproduce this issue.

Try cleaning the cache files from origin.

I found the solution. Do this:

1. Press WindowsKey+R and write gpedit.msc to open the Group Policy Editor.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)
3. On shutdown click on properties, and then add.
4. Put the name you want and on properties you have to write this: taskkill /IM "Origin.exe" /F

This will close origin automatically when you turn off the pc.
