Enemies aren‘t dying

Summarize your bug I‘m shooting the enemies around me, but they can run away with out dying.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a multiplayer match, join on the map, search for enemies, aim, shoot and enjoy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, absolutely nothing. That‘s the problem.
What should be happening instead? The enemy should die and be tilt because he lost against me.

I shoot an enemy, i hit him a few times, but he runs away without dying and leaving me behind with a certain amount of frustration and pain.

Change the TTK back to the fast TTK in the good old days. DICE, pls fix.
