Ea play not working origin

I paid for ea play today on my origin account and steam account and they are linked, my origin says my steam ea play has expired, and i can not access any ea play games through origin

Keep in mind that EA Play subscriptions are platform specific, so purchasing this on Origin would not allow you access to the Steam EA Play titles, and vice versa.

The list of available titles on each platform may vary slightly so you can check out this page if you're looking for a particular game that may only be available on one platform. 

If you made the purchase through Origin, please reach out to support so they can take a look at the transaction and make sure there were no additional issues.

If you had purchased this through Steam directly, you'll need to contact Steam support to check on that transaction as we'd be unable to see that on this end.
