Ea fc 25 closed beta issue

I received a code to downlpad the closed beta testing. When I type the code in on the redeem code portion. I got a message saying it was already redeemed but I did not redeem the code

My issue is that the code I was given does not work at all. I was not able to download the beta testing.

You can try generating a new code with the self-help tool here. Also, this will happen when a code is used that wasn't assigned to your account. So, if someone gave you a code, it's not going to work as only the account the code was made for can use it.
