Ea access on steam?

If I've already purchased Ea access on origin, can it not be linked to steam now they have it on there or do i have to pay for it again?

Hey @Pristine-Tips our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time.

As such if you wish to play on multiple platforms then you will need a membership on each.
