Ea Won’t Accept My Card Details When Paying

my friend got me recently an ea gift card but it doesn’t cover the whole amount so i have to pay extra which is something i don’t mind but everytime i click on the pay button it says something went wrong please try again, but i’ve already tried like maybe 20 times a day for 3 days. Please someone help me out and i’ve also spoke to two ea live chat workers and they couldn’t even find the issue

I've found the issue and tbh it was something ea really needs to work on, the issue was that i couldn't write my last name apart even tho that's how it's written but when i wrote it together that's when it went through.
