EU Servers overloaded [ Edited ]

Been trying to get a game of conquest on a server local to me in the EU and there are only 14 showing, each one has a waiting list of 7 to 10 people, wasn't an issue until yesterdays update, what is going on?

UPDATE: Team deployed fix for this issue and it can take hour to get new servers to appear..

Servers are easier to get on but my latency has now doubled, looks like everyone's has. Not just that but when the server browser says it has a ping of 28ms and it's actually 70ms, nothing changes, it was the same in BF 1 & BF 4

Dev Team is working on Hotfix Update to fix that high ping issue.

Latency is still double the usual and does not match what the server list says, will this ever be fixed as looking at other players they all have higher than normal pings too?
