@E9ine_ACI don't think anything is blocked yet. The cheating has actually gotten much worse since this was announced. Tonight pc was near unplayable, every player downed me in one hit in a gun run tonight, some didn't even bother to ads, with hipfire they did a perfect headshot with rapid fire and aimbot from a distance. It would be nice if we had a date set that this was going to take effect.

Switch version isn't quite as bad, but I did see 4 or 5 people that looked fishy to me in mixtape. I only reported the pc ones though.

Edit to add:  I think they are all trying to get all the use they can out of their boxes before this update comes out.  That probably explains the increase in cheating the last few nights, lol.

Banning driversoftware like razer ghub etc doesn’t do anything since the macros get safed on the device.

@BallisticMVP Yes, that's why I don't think this update is up yet, but the announcement got all the people that use it to go on at the same time. I've never seen lobbies like the ones I saw in the game last night.

I'm wondering if maybe the real answer, if there's no way to detect this stuff, is to measure the timing of kills. For instance, the Flatliner should kill someone at a certain distance in a specific amount of time, if the gun empties out in a rapid fire fashion to kill instantly then this should flag the player for review. Maybe same could be done with recoil, a gun should move a certain way when fired even if the player is very good at managing recoil. If gun has no recoil then flag the player for review. I'm not sure if this is even possible with the technology they have, but it would cut down on the amount of work necessary to bust cheaters using these hacks.

Just make everyone sign up with 2 factor authentication tied to a cell phone number.  Then when they get banned, they can't just make a new account without a new phone number.

I think to a certain extent EA doesn't want to outright ban all the cheaters though.  That would be bad for profit.  Gotta keep a steady stream of players.  And they get tons of advertising on streaming platforms from cheaters posting their madness.

@Jayyzz011If they were to ban every single cheater in this gama even the ones using scripts and macros with current numbers the game wont hold for a month unless they get everyone who stop playing back into it.
I just got a guy in a premade who had 29k apex kills 1k+ wins with only 400k apex dmg and the other 2 were preds. At night hours when i play it is most of the time unbearable to play with all the premades, cheaters or both combined.

PD: Just right now i got a team member telling us his boyfriend was after her. Sad enough the guy landed next to us and was wallhacking, killed us all and left so thats the state of the game, just a * show and nobody gives a fk anymore.
