EA thinks I live in Italy when I actually live in UK?

Hi, I am a little confused as the EA site thinks I live in Italy when I live in the UK, which means I am unable to buy anything on the EA store. I have bought expansion packs previously so I am not sure why the site suddenly thinks my 'home' is Italy and my 'preferred store' is in the UK. I have tried to change it but the site will not let me. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to purchase some packs before the sale ends! Thanks.

@EA_Darko I found that I had left my VPN on, which is what caused it to switch countries! Thanks for your suggestion though.

That's an odd one @KittieNakahara. Are you seeing an issue with any other service or websites? It could be an ISP issue that is incorrectly setting you as being in Italy.
