EA protects blackmailers online by suspend my account and wont corporate

★★ Novice

EA suspended my account for hateful conduct. The reason: 2 Russian blackmailers whose full time job is blackmailing players online by sending them friend request, then play a few matches. The problem is when the game starts, they start to * you off thro voice chat by swearing in Russian and english. They hope you could write something in the chat so they can report you.

So i did wrote in the chat and they started to blackmail me by asking me to send me 20 euro each person thro paypal and they wont report me by the end of the game. I didnt believe them could report me and it was nothing. So i left the game and unfriended them. And the next day EA suspended my account and i have explained to EA that those 2 Russian dudes are professional blackmailers. EA says i still violated their rules. But i told EA that i do accept my punishment ,but what punishment do those 2 russian blackmailers get? EA didnt response at all.

I have decided to quit EA games for good and im asking EA to delete my account(level 400 and spended over hundreds euro to buy their packs), EA wont corporate and told me there is a technical issue and they couldnt delete my EA account.

I also like to know EA IP address so i can block their main server from my router and nobody in my family plays EA games. EA wont corporate to give me IP address, but i have found online anyway.

So when is your technical issue being fixed so i can delete my EA account?

Hey @RusOrcs-Gopnik being rude and abusive towards others is never acceptable never mind the circumstances.

If someone is breaking the rules then you can report them. Responding in an incredibly offensive and abusive manner is not allowed.

As for deleting your account, sorry to say but our team cannot assist you in getting around a ban.

Locking this an before you post again please read the following: https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/faq-user-guidelines

I am wirting this because EA only punish players in text chat. EA has no ability to control voice chat, because voice chat takes lot of data storage to store in the cloud and EA wont pay for that. so you can abuse voice chat whatever you want. Also be cautious when people send you random friend requests, they are professional scammers and blackmailers.

I am finished with EA and will never play their games forever. So when can i get my account deleted?

by thee way. The comment i got banned: [Removed by CM]

So no more EA games for me. They gonna ban you 7 days to tell Russian blackmailers to * off.  I disagree with your policy and i refuse to follow your rules and i would like to get my account deleted. There are plenty games are waiting for me to play and Call of duty will soon be released. So its not a big deal for me to delete EA account. And i am going to save few hundreds euros to spend on EA games.
