U have hated EA for so many years and today i am finally done buying any and all of their products. Where to begin, they do not listen to customers what so ever i have never seen such a money hungry and greedy company in my life. Not imly that out of absolutely no where my account got permanently banned. All the money i put into the account and ultimate team all gone. I filed a case but never heard back i then talked to customer support who was very rude and almost robotic didn’t feel like i was talking to a human at all and when i asked why my account was ban i was just told reasons an account can be banned and not why mine was im over it yall cant even fix franchise when thats all ur players ask for i cant wait until the day this company shuts down pathetic * company with the worst customer service
