How long does it take to reply?
Made a ticket over a month ago, still no answer
Made multiple other tickets, no answer
Called in, they said they would escalate to lvl 2 ( Mind you they still haven't clarified how and why my account was banned)
Called in again, they said someone would contact me in 24hrs.
5 most days pass, still no answer.
Call back, get hung up on twice.
Ask for the persons name or way of ID to file a complaint, she said she couldnt give me that either.
Im losing my mind at this poor level of service.
Is there anyone actually managing cases or what?
Also don't recommend Email support, online chat or callback. They have all been useless.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with support @XorathFPS.
Depending on the issue and team, out teams aim to respond within 14 working days but during busy periods it can be longer.
Each time you reopen your case it will be removed from the queue it is in and when sent back it will be at the back of the queue adding to the wait time.

yea @EA_Darko I was told to not re-open tickets initially.
Which is why I would create new ones to not remove the original from queue.
This was already the advice of customer support.
Still have an unansweered issue over a month later.

Hey @Polukas6552 if you have a case open with our live support team then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

I agree, it is terrible. I explained my issue, they gave me no help and then sent a standard email asking if my problem was resolved. Opened a ticket again a couple of weeks ago and no help.
