EA, can we have mods to the sims 4 console edition?

I'm afraid that's not something that we can help with 

Mods, or custom content in general, have been made by fans and are not officially supported by EA in the first place. While it's relatively easy to create mods for the PC version of the game, it's quite impossible to make ones for the consoles - mostly because you don't have direct access to the game files/folders and any content released on consoles need to pass PlayStation's or Microsoft's certification.

I'm afraid, no console games have ever been allowed to be modded in such a way
