Hi @mshizzle9, and welcome to the forums!
Are you having trouble with the support page? If you detail your problem here perhaps we can work together on it?
Respawn has announced in the Live Balance Update that hit boxes are being worked on:
"ADDRESSING LEGEND BALANCE AND HITBOX FEEDBACK
TL;DR Our goal is to be able to have characters with different rig sizes, hitboxes and ability kits, and still have each character be roughly equal in power level, win rate and viability of pick.
For character balance, we look at a combination of things: pick rate, win rate, and character v. character matchup win rate among other metrics, and, of course, player feedback. The results between the 5 small and medium rig characters have been positive - they are all in a safe band of relatively equal power. Our large rig characters, however, are underpowered and their natural size appears to be a large contributor. We’re planning on adjusting the size of the large character hitboxes to better fit the model. If these changes are insufficient to bring these characters in line, we’re also considering a range of other changes such as natural damage reduction as well as individual kit power tweaks. Because many of these changes are significant, we want to make sure they are heavily tested before they go live, in the event they are necessary. Below is a quick overview on the roadmap of how we’re thinking about bringing large characters back in line.
Overall, we want to try to increase the power level of the large rig characters, before we consider large nerfs to everyone else. While we’ve made small adjustments, we’re hopeful that increasing the power of large rigs is healthier than nerfing everyone else.
LEGEND ADJUSTMENTS WE'LL MAKE AT THE START OF SEASON 1
Major balance changes:
Hit box size reductions and optimizations for Caustic, Pathfinder and Gibraltar
We’re better sizing hitboxes to character gear & model
Since these adjustments have a MAJOR impact on the game, we want to make sure there aren't any major bugs, so we didn’t want to rush them out
If these adjustments prove to be insufficient, we’ll consider additional adjustments during Season 1"
Good luck!

Wraith hitbox is fine. Caustic, pathfinder and gribraltar are too fat. (and they're arleady working on those 3)
Game would be extremely boring if everyone were as fat as gibraltar.

his not fat, he got fluffy fur.
and identify himself as thin that makes him transfat

He has some sensitive fur though. Why does he die from hits to the fur?

That's what they were going for wasn't it some all inclusive cast of characters, gotta have some fat people.

No its not fine.. wraiths hitbox combined with her movement abilities is broken.. to the point that you might spend 2 mags of spitfire from 2meters distance and can't hit *... And dont give me the gid good bs here.. im no noob nor pro.. im just an average joe..
Around 350 games. - 240-+ kills. Around .130k damage overall on all legends...
My accuracy is not the best but not the worst...

And that's how it's supposed to be. Everyone can hit a full mag on gibraltar. The smaller size like wraith or lifeline allows for better distinction between "good at aiming in the general direction" and "good at pinpoint aiming". Perfect aim SHOULD be rewarded. Huge hitboxes take that away.
It's kind of the intention of gibraltar to be easy to hit (he's a tank (that needs to become a bit more tanky maybe)), but it should stay an exception and not become a rule.
P.S. For comparison - tracer in overwatch moves much faster and is even smaller than wraith here. And still she's killed fast and consistently even in gold and lower ranks. Small hitboxes make the game more fun. The small characters in Apex hit a pretty neat middle ground - could be even smaller, but don't really need to (but most definitely not larger) .

You are ignoring the distinct difference that balances it out, though. Tracer only has 150 health. Meaning that if you know her blink distance and Recall cooldown as well, then nailing her and melting her quickly isn't an issue. Her small hitbox is offset by her low health (actually, the lowest health pool in the game). Meanwhile, Reinhardt, a massive hitbox, has both high health and armor (plus a 2000 HP shield). Winston has health and armor, along with a shield and high mobility on a low cooldown. Dva has two lives (MEKA and baby Dva). Roadhog has no armor, but has 600 health and a self-healing ability.
By comparison, the huge hitbox characters in Apex Legends have the same health as the small hitbox heroes (100), and get the same health benefits from armor (50/75/100). That's why the large hitboxes here are an issue compared to the smaller hitbox characters, and not balanced well.
Overwatch has balance in hitbox vs health pool and/or kit abilities. Apex Legends does not.

I still feel is ridiculous for people asking to "fix" the large characters hit box, its the same as asking a person in reallife can you be less big. . . If they add damage reduction its gonna become extremely OP in pro's hands, common sense should prevail. If you want to play a bigger character you deal with the consequences.
