EA PLAY members doesn't active by XBOX game pass ultimate

i'm already subscribe game pass and link id (EA , Xbox) but EA PLAY is doesn't active... 

how to fix it?

Are you sure you're logging into the right account? I'm not seeing an Xbox gamertag on the account you're posting with. Also, are you able to go to xbox.com and download the game to your console from there?
