EA FC 25 can’t open packs due to player pick bug

i think most people have been complaining about this since the beta has been released and we still can’t open packs? The issue has still not been resolved and I still can’t open packs!? Ea can we please get a response or fix to the bug asap.

Closed beta to try to restore our faith in a broken game.  You cant even open packs.  Waste of time and effect. Absolute joke of a company.  Rewards system now also changed to pay to win fortnite and cod cash grab season pass style. * this.  Im done.
