I got accepted into the EA SPORTS FC 25 Closed Beta but it sent me aa code for playstation when I have only signed up on Xbox and PC

@Nathanielfffff Hey make sure that you have the correct preferences for the console you want to obtain the beta code for. Use this link as a guide to make sure to follow these steps.

In addition to these steps scroll down once you are on the email preferences and make sure the console you want to try the closed beta on ticked.

Yeah same here I got PS5 when I play on the Xbox series s.

Hi, 

I was selected with a BETA code, however, it is the PS4 version, I have checked my account and only PS5 is selected as my consoles. Any help would be massively appreciated, thank you.

Hi I received a beta code for EAFC 25 on PS5 but I play on Xbox series X is there anyways to get a code for the correct console?

Hey yes I have the same issue I would like to know what’s going on with that, I played FC24 on my ps5 the whole time and I received a code saying that it’s the ps4 version.

me too i’m on ps5 and was sent a code for the wrong console

Sane here they have sent me a ps5 code when I only play it on xbox series s 🤬
