Wrong beta code I have ps5 u sent me ps4

I was quite ready to partake in the closed beta for FC 25 on Xbox Series X, Like I have done prior. 

However, I was sent a PC code, I believe this to be some error and would love for it to be rectified so I may partake in testing career mode on Xbox Series X.

I have not once played FC 24 on PC nor have a PC with the specs to run it.

I tried through your automated page however it just instantly closed my ticket...

The only thing I can suggest is that it starts downloading at 6pm bst because that’s when it says it’s available from.. but you still would of thought it would let you pre download ready for that time like it does with any other game I’ve been getting these codes for years and never had this problem before though so slightly worried will check back here in 2 hours I guess

I received my fc25 beta code today it was one for Xbox one, I have had my mail preferences be next gen for the last few weeks to make sure I got a next gen code, any solution?

Got a new beta code for fc 25 however it was the wrong version (ps4 not ps5) and I’m unable to play is there any way of getting a new code for the ps5 like I was able to do last year?

Wondering if you can help.

ive received a beta code for the wrong platform! They’ve sent me a code for Nintendo switch, I’ve never played the game on this console!

I’ve always played on PS5, and my account profile preferences reflect this as well and I don’t have any other preferred platform selected.

every other year they’ve sent me a code for ps5.

Please can anyone help? Gutted 😞
