Hello! I’m not experienced around the forums, whoever I do have a solution. In the email I received, I got 2 codes for the Nintendo e-Shop. The first didn’t work, but the second did. If you received 2 codes, I recommend to try the other one.

I received a fc 25 beta code for ultimate team on Xbox series s however I only have a PC as I got rid of my consoles is there anyway to change the console of the code as long as its still through my same EA account?

I put PS5 as my preference but for some reason I still got a PS4 code

Been given a PS5 beta code for the last 2 years (23&24) but now all of a sudden i get a PS4 one and get told its preferences? 

Why dont EA just recognise the problem and reissue codes?

they are now stopping people from actually enjoying the game and playing it with there friends

cant enjoy rush because 9 times out of 10 i get players who think its wembley singles

ultimate team just isnt enjoyable due to graphics and cant play coop with any of my friends

if theres any silver lining im fortunate to have a code for an old gen i can play on my new gen, when im seeing people getting completely different console codes

would understand if it was a weekend beta but we're meant to be enjoying this for the month, need to do the right thing EA. . .

Just redeemed my FC25 beta code for it to be for last gen Xbox One. I need a next gen series X/S code. Can we please get this sorted out?!
