I got an FC 25 closed beta code for the wrong platform.

but here is the thing I am selected for ps5 and ps4 but it only gave me a ps4 code which doesn't work on my ps5.

@DD_Amatsukaze EA sent out codes for one generation and codes for both generations, I got code for PS4 only and a friend received a code for both generation. I think it was intentional from EA to force people to play the game in old generation. who would play in old gen having the option to play on new generation? That make sense to me, the problem is that people selected on their profile  to test PS5 version only and got code for PS4.I got the old gen code and wont test the game. I'm not sure about other people but I would suggest anyone who is not happy with the version they received to just don't play the beta. Even UFL provided the same version to everyone for the close and open beta.

I received and old gen beta code, I tried multiple times to get a new code and no one in EA is responding, at least be hones and say that you want to force people to test the old gen. I won't be testing the old gen version and I'm evaluating to ask for refund of my pre-order and play UFL this season.

EA released:

- Some codes for only old gen (In xbox and PS)

- Some codes with both generations

I followed the steps on the beta code article and I'm getting codes just for the old gen, not the new one, unless EA don't want to do anything, they could change the codes and include both generations for every beta code.

Check you're full game library you should be able to download the Xbox and Xbox series x version
