FC 25 Beta- Wrong Platform Issue [ Edited ]

I have been given a PC beta code for EA Sports FC 25 and i’m pretty sure a lot of the Ea Sports FC community have too. I play on Playstation and i was wondering if EA will do anything about this issue.

I claimed my fc25 beta code and it was ps4 edition I have played 2000hrs on ps5 edition please send me a ps5 edition please

I had the same issue too. wondering why they sent me a ps4 code when my preferred console was a PS5 and that's the only version of the game I play. hoping I can get a PS5 code.

does anyone know if I can be compensated or given another code? it appeared as lorem ipsum so I had no idea it was a PS4 game until I had downloaded it. I only have the PS5 version of FC 24 and my preference for console has been PS5 for a while. not sure why they sent me the wrong code.

Still got ps4 no ps5 option happend to a lot of people so I can see hopefully u actually resolve it who wants to be playing old gen version
